1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change of mind after order confirmation (for COD orders)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your:
    • Order number
    • Clear images/videos of the product
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

4. Refund Method

  • Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer replacement (exchange) instead of refund where applicable
  • Exchange delivery time: 2–4 working days

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders
  • In case of damaged or incorrect product:
    • Return shipping will be covered by us

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Products must be handled responsibly
  • Any misuse after delivery is not our responsibility
