You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Change of mind after order confirmation (for COD orders)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your:
- Order number
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
4. Refund Method
- Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer replacement (exchange) instead of refund where applicable
- Exchange delivery time: 2–4 working days
6. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders
- In case of damaged or incorrect product:
- Return shipping will be covered by us
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
